THE DOCTOR KNOWS HE DIES AND AMY HAS BEEN A FLESH SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE SECOND EPISODE AND EYEPATCH WOMAN IS PSYCHOTIC AND UNEXPECTED TOM BAKER AND OH GOD WHAT THE FUUUUUUCCKKKK...
Actually, according to Confidential, Amy has been Flesh since the beginning of the season. Even though it was Real!Amy's mind inside her Flesh!body, but still. What the ever-loving fuck.
EYEPATCH WOMAN SCARED THE BEJUSUS OUT OF ME. AGAIN. D:
"I've reversed the jelly baby of the neutron flow!" ALL THE LOLS. ALL OF THEM. The two Doctors were just amazing. did you see the (probable) cast list for next episode did you did you
AHAHAHAHA. That could so happen. I can't wait for Saturday, I really can't. (And I'm really hoping I can get to catch the episode that evening instead of on Sunday as usual. D:)
GOD, ONE DAY I WILL WATCH THAT SERIES (OTHER THAN THE WEEPING ANGEL EPISODES WHICH ARE LITERALLY THE ONLY ONES I'VE SEEN SO FAR >>). AND YES, THE METAFIC MAKES MY LIFE. I REALLY REALLY HOPE THINGS GET BETTER FOR YOU IN UNI?! I CAN ONLY SYMPATHIZE CUZ GOD KNOWS I'VE BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH ~WEEKS OF HELL~ TO UNDERSTAND THE PAIN AND AGONY THAT IS UNI.
Uni is rather horrible. D: the administration's decided that whoo, two of my courses have dropped out! so I'm going to have to get all that credit from other finals. Which sucks.
Yes, I did. I'm trying to sort out possible dates - I'll be at the JE on Friday the 30rd of June, and I could stay for the week-end; if I don't move out at the same period :/a
I feel mildly stalkerish, randomly friending your writing journal like that-- (I do so love France/England, too) and then suddenly! Getting friended back by this journal instead! Most excellent Friday night this is turning out to be. XD
Yes, I definitely will! At the very least, I know people who have it, so getting a copy won't be hard... XD It's just time. Which season would you recommend? Or, er, which doctor, I guess?
There are several ways. You can start with the Classic series, of course, but finding it is difficult, to say the least. I still haven't been able to watch all of it myself.
You can start with the Ninth Doctor, which is the beginning of the show's reboot in 2005 — the first episode would be Rose. It's not the best episode, though.
Or you could try and watch some of the (IMHO) best episodes, such as Blink, The Shakespeare Code, The Unicorn And The Wasp, Vincent and the Doctor, The Lodger, or the The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances two-parter. Unless, of course, you mind watching a show in the wrong order, but most of these are stand-alones.
/nod nod. Imma list these down! My friend always (forever, more like it) suggested going through the series for the-- 11th, I think, Doctor? And the one before that, with Torchwood. I'm just the most stubborn at picking up new series to watch (but apparently not 20-book series). 8D
Eleven is great. ♥ he's the current one, too — last episode of the season's first half is tomorrow, and everything is (very likely) going to explode. CANNOT WAIT. :D
But, ah, good luck. It's a very long series, but it's worth it.
